박경주(Kyung-Ju Park)는 영상, 사진, 드로잉을 통해 신체, 감각, 기술의 관계를 탐구하며 현실과 환상의 경계를 시각적으로 구성하는 시각예술가이다. 그의 작업은 꿈, 역사, 디지털 이미지의 중첩을 통해 개인적 경험이 사회적 코드로 번역되는 시각 언어를 탐구한다.
한국의 계원예술대학교에서 그래픽 일러스트레이션과 한글 타이포그래피를 공부한 뒤, 2024년 제네바 예술학교(HEAD)에서 시각예술 학사를 취득하고, 같은 해 Prix Tremplin Fondation Leenaards / HEAD 2024 in Visual Arts를 수상했다. 같은 해 취리히 예술대학(ZHdK) EGG Space에서 첫 개인전 “I Dream About”을 개최했으며, 현재 로잔 예술학교(ECAL)에서 사진 석사 과정을 밟으며, 디지털 이미지의 확장된 형태를 지속적으로 연구하고 있다.

Kyung-Ju Park is a visual artist who explores the relationship between body, perception, and technology through video, photography, and drawing, constructing visual narratives that blur the boundary between reality and imagination. Her practice investigates how personal experience is translated into social codes through the layering of dreams, history, and digital imagery.
After studying Graphic Illustration and Hangul(korean) Typography at Kaywon School of Art & Design in South Korea, she received her Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts from HEAD – Genève in 2024 and was awarded the Prix Tremplin Fondation Leenaards / HEAD 2024 in Visual Arts. That same year, she held her first solo exhibition “I Dream About” at EGG Space, Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK). She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Photography at ECAL in Lausanne, where she continues to research the expanded forms of the digital image.

Kyung-Ju Park est une artiste visuelle qui explore les relations entre le corps, la perception et la technologie à travers la vidéo, la photographie et le dessin, construisant des récits visuels qui brouillent la frontière entre réalité et imagination. Sa pratique examine la manière dont l’expérience personnelle se traduit en codes sociaux par la superposition des rêves, de l’histoire et des images numériques.
Après avoir étudié l’Illustration Graphique et la Hangul(coréen) Typographie à l’école d’art Kaywon en Corée du sud, elle a obtenu en 2024 son Bachelor en Arts Visuels à la HEAD – Genève et a reçu le Prix Tremplin Fondation Leenaards / HEAD 2024 in Visual Arts. La même année, elle a présenté son première exposition personnelle “I Dream About” à l’EGG Space, Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK). Elle poursuit actuellement un Master en Photographie à l’ECAL, à Lausanne, où elle continue de rechercher les formes étendues de l’image numérique.
